In a twitter announcement only minutes ago, the San Francisco based cryptocurrency exchange of Coinbase Pro has announced that it has successfully added Basic Attention Token (BAT) onto its platform. Deposits of the digital asset will begin today, November 2nd, at 1pm. Given the fact that the exchange is based in California, we can assume this time is Pacific Standard Time (GMT – 7).
The tweet by the exchange went on to announce that traders can only deposit BAT into their trading accounts, but cannot place or fill orders. Order books will remain in transfer-only mode for at least 12 hours.

Not Yet Available on Coinbase.com or iOS and Android Apps
The announcement on the exchange’s blog went on to give the following precise details about the listing:
After 1pm PT on Friday, November 2, we will begin accepting inbound transfers of Basic Attention Token (BAT) to Coinbase Pro.
We will accept deposits for at least 12 hours prior to enabling trading. Once sufficient liquidity is established, trading on the BAT/USDC order book will start.
Users may convert their USD to USDC with one click within the Pro interface as described here. BAT trading will be accessible for users in most jurisdictions, but will not initially be available for residents of the state of New York.
Please also note that BAT is not yet available at Coinbase.com or in our iOS and Android apps. We will make a separate announcement when that occur
BAT Spikes In Value
Since the announcement was made at exactly 1pm San Francisco, time the value of BAT has spiked from around $0.26 to a new peak of $0.345. This is a percentage increment of 32.7% in a period of less than 20 minutes. BAT has since settled to current levels of around $0.31 but looks set to repeat what we witnessed with Ox (ZRX) when it was also listed by the popular platform.
Which crypto is Next After BAT? Only XLM, ADA and ZEC Remain
After the listing of ZRX on the 12th of October, Ethereum World News correctly predicted that Basic Attention Token (BAT) would be the next digital asset to be listed on Coinbase. ZRX and BAT belonged to a list of 5 digital assets the exchange had announced that it had interest in listing.
The new question on every crypto-trader’s mind, is which of the other three digital assets is next? Will it be Stellar (XLM), Cardano (ADA) or ZCash (ZEC)?
